Background

Temnotfo Training (widely known as “TT”) is a multifaceted professional service provider established in 2008 and is 100% black owned. TT through its accreditation from the CCMA helps resolve labour disputes using conciliations, arbitrations and inquiries by the arbitrators.  We also provide training interventions and sensible business advice to clients on several issues.

TT is accredited as a Private Agency by the CCMA in terms of Section 127 of the Labour Relations Act of 1995, in a very much comparable way like Bargaining Councils in South Africa to facilitate, coordinate and administer the resolution of labour disputes between employers and employees who choose to utilize its private CCMA services.

 

We are also accredited by the Setas such as AgriSeta, CATHSSETA, etc to provide training services for qualifications and skills programmes in various sectors.

Mr. Cyril Thangoane, is a dynamic leader and he holds a Bcom Accounting Qualification and currently studying towards Bcom Law. He joined TT in 2012 and has excelled in various strategic position such as Project Manager, Manager: Strategy and Finance, Chief Operations Officer, and currently Chief Executive Officer.

 

Cyril is a technically savvy professional, well-versed and skilled in key business functions including strategy formulation and implementation, financial management, project management, risk management, compliance, stakeholder management, information systems and technology. He has vast knowledge of different sectors such as dispute resolution, skills development and training, construction and consultancy.

Chief Operations Officer

 

Armed with qualifications in communications, project management, financial management and over 10 years working experience in retail, hospitality and training, Mrs. Lungi Ngobeni, serves as the Chief Operations Officer of the company. She specializes in strategy implementation, performance analysis, financial management, research and development, stakeholder management, compliance and reporting.

 

Mrs. Ngobeni also serves as the Project Manager for various project implemented by the company and she ensures that all projects are done properly and timeously.  

Senior Executive: Strategy & Marketing:

 

Mrs Christinah Mlangeni is the brain behind TT. She drives the success of the company by putting pressure on each individual to meet the strategic imperatives of the company and to contribute positively to the success of each project. She has qualifications in education, human resources, commercial practice, financial management and community development. She has more than 25 years working experience which stems from teaching, management, retail, marketing and coordination of projects.
